I’m building Octobus around a practical problem: the knowledge a business needs to answer its customers is scattered across people, documents, and conversations.
The direction is a system grounded in the company’s own knowledge, with clarification when a question needs more context and a clear handoff when a person should take over.
My work spans the product, interface, and engineering. Octobus is in development, with the public site introducing what comes next.
